Rhule is definitely bad at clock management, but in this specific case, I disagree.  We don't need the time out, we have plenty of time for a td, or the more likely fg attempt.  We need to score while running as much time as possible off the clock.

Its just nonsense that Matt Rhule gets so worked up over an error that's made 0 difference.  The clock still stopped at 2:00 and there's no damage done.

There's so many bigger things to worry about impacting this game for us than that..
