So far Matt Corral is our best option next season. He compares favorably with the top QBs Stroud, Young, especially since MC was 210lbs coming out and is bulking up for sure.

CJ Stroud is comparable to Corral at about 70% completion percentage but Young is around 69% but he's two/three inches shorter than Corral and only 194lbs.

The only guy who would have a shot at beating out Corral (in a real competition not a fake Fhule "competition") is Stroud.

The way Baker is playing mixed with Matt Rhules ineptitude, we may pick first.

If we can't get Stroud we need to roll with Corral and draft an elite DE.

Just because I'm not hung up on it, doesn't mean I dismiss the cost. 

The team is trying to find their qb. I haven't agreed with a single selection, but I'm also intelligent enough to know that I'm just a fan, and the team is doing whatever they can to build a winner. Just like us, they are human, and they made mistakes. I don't know any coach.who doesn't.  

I'm not going to sit here and be mad because the team did what they felt was the the right decision at the time. 

And I WANT them to keep trying until they find us the one. That's going to cost us, because not even average quarterbacks grow on trees.

I only see one QB in this class worthy of a top five. 

Will is also 24yrs old. He's intriguing, I love his game, reminds me of Cam, but he's not a high first rounder. He went 18-26 last game which is scary.

Love Will Anderson if we stay 3-4, he's like Von Miller though, a tweener at 6'3" 243.

If we're getting a new coach I'm thinking switching back to 4-3 comes with that if Tepper isn't meddling, Myles Murphy is that guy at 6'4" 265lbs running a 4.52.

I would trust Jim Harbaugh with this band of NFL misfits.

That alone would change the direction of this franchise.

Actually since Harbaugh was a former NFL QB and Panther I could trust HIM to play and develop Matt Corral.

I think Harbaugh would have DJ and Matt looking like pro-bowlers.

I'm not sure Harbaugh would play 3-4 for Tepper like Ron or Matt Rhule so there's that.

      I would say that seems like an odd comment from Morgan, but at the same time it's almost impossible to find a college QB declaring for the draft to have less physical ability than BY so you can assume almost anyone you bring in would be your go to QB sneak/designed run guy.

      Gronk is the best TE of all time, but he also played with Brady. Clarke was great, but had Peyton and in an era TE's didn't make crazy money. Kittle is great, but the two times he's made the SB, he was still on his rookie contract for one, and the other the 49ers had Purdy on a cheap rookie deal which help them build the rest of the roster. So again, it's not about not wanting an elite TE, of course it would be nice.  But realistically, in today's NFL, unless that elite TE with a top end TE salary is on a team with a GOAT level QB and/or other serious cap savings (i.e. key players on rookie deals), then I think it's not a good use of cap space.

      This place was the poo pre tepper with tons of hilarious posters like phillyB. Joined in the 2000s during the 07 season and have been here bitching about this team since. but yeah its sadly been dying a slow death, every time I come to this site I am surprised its still up. I think the 2015 season was the absolute peak, the Panthers and this board especially just haven't "felt" the same since then. Igo should really sell the board since he clearly doesn't care anymore. Also, Reddit blows and the Bryce defenders on there need Jesus.
