I hear you and I wouldn’t talk like that if I was in his position but I don’t think anyone is going to confuse RA as a rocket scientist. I just think attacking his poor use of the English language on his way out the door is low hanging fruit.

I usually don't go grammar nazi on an athlete, but I think I honestly lost half of my brain cells trying to decode his horribly written tweets. I would like to think they have at least mastered sentence fragments/run-on sentences since that is first taught in 1st or 2nd grade...

stewart didn't say anything anyone else hasn't said.

robbie is going at him because stewart is a walk away/turn the other cheek type of man.

shannon sharpe flat outright said "robbie anderson is not a good enough player to behave like that on the sideline"..."you're not big enough, good enough"...

...to a national audience....

...yet there's crickets from robbie

I like when you post sensible takes like this. That said, would you say the same thing if Robbie had went to App, ECU, Duke, State, or Wake? When you're in UNC homer mode, you don't seem to have any bounds.

There’s a lot slang used by young people today I don’t understand, but ‘jit’ may be the worst one I’ve heard. No cap.

Calling someone a "git" is an insult in British slang.

I don't actually know what that means either.

I mean he did look and sound like a moron typing all that crap up but he was not brought here to split the atom. He is a football player. It wasn’t working here and we’ve heard some rumblings about him in the past year; I wish him well but he was not a big part of our team and probably best for everyone involved to get guys like that out of town ASAP.

    • Of course it's a crapshoot to find a truly elite QB. But we don't even need that to be competitive or successful. Our two best long term starters in 3 decades of existence were both flawed yet productive passers and each led us to a Super Bowl. Hell Jake Delhomme in the year where his arm went off a cliff and we had to start Matt Moore for a couple spells we had a superior passing offense than anything we've seen under Bryce Young the last 3 years. We're still trying to crack the top 25. All I'm saying is this is not the 2023 Panthers by any means. The cupboards are not bare. We are not working with scraps. We have invested through the nose to build up the roster and the trenches on both sides of the ball. We've also added multiple first and second day pass catchers in the draft. If a QB can't succeed here they are cooked.
    • That last line is the key. Passing game lives or dies off the running game. I struggle to see any help the passing has provided in return - there is no pass to op n up the run to speak of.  Add in that we have downgraded the run blocking at left tackle according to analysts, and I really don’t know what to expect from C….  It puts more load on th passing game to help out
