This whole offseason people bitched and moaned about how fragile he is and how much we are paying him. The first time he showed up on the injury report people were again like 'oh here we go again!'

Now we trade him for 4 picks AND lose his contract, thats a good deal.

Yes, you are tanking.  No, you aren't trying to win right now.   GM has no problem claiming otherwise. 

and yet some will still treat other things he says as gold and absolutely true.  For the rest of the year, anything they say shouldn't be taken at face value.  Not bashing them.  Just saying this is where we currently are.  Fitt has no choice but to day down is up when asked about certain things. 

Let me reiterate... it's not tanking if every team was already kicking your ass and you were completely unable to stop it. You can't tank and suck worse than this.

We have organically grown, no additives, free range, non-discounted, dyed in the wool suckage of the highest order. To tank would mean we could do something about it. We can't. We are that bad. 

The stank doesn't lie. It can't lie. It sure will linger, though.

I think it was mutual. What his mom said yesterday indicated to me he and his family wanted him to be elsewhere and he obviously likes the west coast. Win win for all involved.
