As someone who has played both WR and corner even the WR in me thinks they need to get rid of the PI call for a piss poor underthrown ball. It’s hard enough playing corner with todays rules as is. Don’t reward a terrible throw. The corner has no chance on a go route if the WR wants to come back for a ball like the one Baker just threw

Absolutely agreed with this. Sucks watching a DB in good position get flagged simply because a WR tries to fight his way through him to get to a poorly thrown ball. The defender has a right to his space and that ball too.

I think you have to go after an elite OT, and I think it should be a first rounder because you don't sign elite LTs in free agency.  Ickey is already going to get paid $18m or so in 2026.    However, the money you save by not locking him down long term could go to a free agent edge or ILB.  It is very complicated if you start factoring in contracts, risks, cap, and the odds of recovery.

      Yes, we played the 2nd most cover 3 in the NFL behind the Raiders.   The flats and seams are the areas you want to attack it so its soft spots are areas qbs can hit quickly which can definitely hurt the pass rush.
