So now Tepper is out having to pay the rest of his contract right? If so does that mean he can take that money and some more to put towards a hella great coach somewhere? Go after a top highly coveted guy? Need to interview a ton of candidates when we can starting with some good proven coordinators. Hopefully someone helps him make the final decision who has a proven history of success even if he has to hire a good consultant to help him.
