Fair fuging play to Rhule - he had the balls to NEGOTIATE his contract. Dude was on the NFL scrap heap in disgrace and he told Nebraska to come back with a better offer... and they came back with 8 years.

Oh and he can have his assistants tomorrow, they're all crap.

This is how it’s going to go for Matt in Nebraska. Similar to his tenure at other NCAA programs.

Year 1: 2-10

Year 2: 4-8

Year 3: 9-3 Loses conference championship.

Beats 1-2 ranked opponents, figures out how to beat all the scrub teams but can’t beat the big dogs.

Leaves before year 4 for an open SEC program.

How about judging him for taking a vacation while Joe Brady stayed behind working his ass off, then coming back from vacation and firing Brady?

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Exactly when did Brady work his ass off again?

Allen is having a hell of year, fubling in the ez, throwing ints in the EZ.  I bet Brady is "working his ass off" as QB coach.

I will never understand the huddle's Joe Brady fetish.

Still defending Rhule even now?

Yikes 😬

Getting yourself any Nebraska gear?

I think you are going to miss him more than anyone.  You don't post half as much as you used to.

I'll bet you jonied Nebraska boards just to bitch.

Everything is roses now, just as you predicted.

For some reason, you're awful quiet about "trusting the process" with Wilks.

You looking forward to Sam on Sunday?

I'm going to be kind and give you a heads up. If anyone sounds like they miss the man it's you. And you are still treating Joe Brady like your own personal boogeyman I see. You miss him too? Sure sounds like it. Wilks is an interim I've wanted us to interview candidates all along wins or losses weren't going to change that. Sam is a turnover machine I'll chuckle and be right back for more punishment next week that's the life of a Panthers fan. Enjoy your weekend.

    • Good, our ST is almost as bad as our ILB depth!
    • With two starters on expiring contracts (Moton + Corbett) as well as a few back-ups (Christensen, Mays, and Nijman), the Panthers are likely going to have to reinvest in the OL after this coming season. Icky's fifth-year option was picked up by the team this offseason while Lewis and Hunt both remain under contract then (though Lewis' deal is set-up in a way that would let Carolina move on from him then as well). I think that the team is going to be looking at investing a premium pick at RT should Bryce's development continue, and might even look to double dip at the position in order to have a swing tackle that can also kick inside when needed. There's also the question of starting center... Prospects I'm watching this upcoming college season... Centers Jake Slaughter (Florida) Iapani Laloulu (Oregon) Connor Lew (Auburn) Logan Jones (Iowa) Parker Brailsford (Alabama) Connor Tollison (Missouri) Bryce Foster (Kentucky) Pat Coogan Notre Dame) Raheem Anderson (Michigan) Carson Hinzman (Ohio State) RTs Francis Mauigoa (Miami) Kadyn Proctor (Alabama) Spencer Fano (Utah) Gennings Dunker (Iowa) Blake Miller (Clemson) Isaiah World (Oregon) Caleb Tiernan (Northwestern) Monroe Feeling (Georgia) Earnest Greene III (Georgia) Monroe Mills (Louisville) Charles Jagusah (Notre Dame) Tree Babalade (South Carolina) Trey Zuhn III (Texas A&M) Nolan Rucci (Penn State) Tristan Leigh (Clemson) Fernando Carmona (Arkansas) JC Davis (Illinois) Riley Mahlman (Wisconsin) PJ Williams (SMU) Tosh Baker (Notre Dame) Aki Ogunbiyi (Texas A&M) Courtland Ford (Kentucky) Ethan Onianwa (Rice)
    • I watched documentary on the 2010 Auburn season and Cam wasn’t included in that either. I think he just doesn’t care for these things
