Regarding roster needs...

Agree with 4MR's suggestion or not? 🤔

Agree on the ball hawking FS but Chinn is NOT a LB. His best position is an in-the-box SS for run defense, blitzing and some coverage e.g. TE. He’s not a FS as he’s below average in coverage. The sooner we can get a bonafide FS the better and the sooner we. An play Chinn at his natural position.

I think they need 2 pass rushers but you can't get them both in this draft.

You can never have enough pass rushers, but I think the biggest issue is that YGM & Haynes are decent rotational guys but not at a starter level.

I think we would be fine at edge rusher (injuries notwithstanding) if we can sign or draft a starting level edge rusher to pair with Burns.

No just 2. I still don't think we really have any to speak of. I don't count Burns as any better than the other guys trying to play end for us. It's just not good enough.

My formula at DE is typically to have one big pass rusher while number two is a more complete type.

Think Peppers and Rucker...

I agree but we have neither.  Burns in my book is just another rotational end. He's just not worth paying top 10 salary to keep.  You will never convince me otherwise.

Absolutely. I wish they would play him at his natural position.

    • Just like WR, you thin ignite and then suffer an injury and you are scrambling.  Any RB could have run through some of those those holes though and maybe you don’t get the same xtra yards but you are getting yardage.  It is the pass catching they will miss the most.
    • Without Sanders, they are stil catching balls. Sanders is about a giveaway to it will be a pass play.   Also, hoping we see the competition at RB keep both guys on their toes.
    • I was talking about pre season hype vs now.  They were talking about him being the best route runner on the team and being unguardable.  Putting people in the blender.  He has had 1 catch the last two games, and before that it was 2 per game. I like Renfrow, but it seems him and Bryce are not on the same page.
