The Playoffs

It hard to beat a well-coached team with a good game plan & disciplined skill players.

Shows how important this decision is for us this next week or so. Does Wilks have the ability to assemble a squad at this level? Or which of these candidates has a Shanahan type ceiling?

QB chat can happen later but we need to nail this coaching hire.

Shanahan and these Niners weapons are the real deal. People are going wild for Brock Purdue but it ain't him.

Nope I agree, all he has to do is check down to the RBs and watch them do the work

NFL version of Georgia with Stetson Bennet... no disrespect to Bennett.  Just an absolute loaded team that is damn near idiot-proof when it comes to the QB.  You'd have to be really really bad to fail with this offense.

With that said, Seahawks defense sucks.  I don't think Purdy is going to get away playing like this against Dallas or Philly.  Two defenses with great pass rushes who will force turnovers in the secondary.

Bingo.

Purdy is an awesome story but I don't think it lasts.

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
