Unpopular opinion:

Fortify our offensive arsenal around a soon-to-be 23 year old Lance with a QB whisperer HC (and hopefully Johnson or Patullo) without gutting our draft capital.

R1: Quentin Johnston

R2(CAR): Dalton Kincaid/Luke Musgrave/Tucker Kraft

R2(SF): Trade #61 + '24 4th round pick for Trey Lance

R3: McIntosh/Vaughn

RBs - Rookie RB/Hubbard/Blackshear

WR1 - QJ

WR2 - DJ

WR3 - TMJ

WR4 - Shenault

TE - Rookie TE

Why would they trade Lance now?  Purdy needs Tommy Jone surgery doesn't he?  I doubt Jimmy G comes back...so where would that leave them?

Not even mad at the Trey Lance idea especially if we can't get a QB at #9.

 

Rumor is Tennessee will be the landing spot for Lance though.

That offense has so much potential. If we could get Lance for our lower 2nd (basically giving it back to SF) it would be so tempting. Lance, Brissett, and Corral could be a nice QB room.

      We never used him correctly.  I would have done some wildcat or more running plays, someway to get him the ball. I wish him luck.
