He is a 5 year vet. Really tired of the continued excuses for a bad player.

Contract and location says it all.

Small one year deal to go home and be a healthy arm in camps until the top of the depth chart/talent is ready.

"Not this bs again"

Exactly my thought when I read that other post.    I knew it was you.

YOU need to get a fugin life and stop trying to speak to me with your other aliases when I have you on ignore.    (AND YOU HISTORICALLY DO HAVE ALIASES HERE, BUDDY.)

"have no idea what you're talking about", my ass.

Why is all our players going to the niners?

Anyway, sorry it didn't work out Sam, you gave us your best, it's not your fault a clown was in control of restarting your career , I wish him the best, if Sam and Christian get rings before we do , I wouldn't be mad

It's fine.

Now the peanut gallery here will find something ELSE to bitch and moan about.

Will it be CJ if he struggles?

Will it be the Vet QB (Brissett?) if he struggles?

Or maybe they'll just start bashing Burns or something....oh wait.  They already do that, don't they?   lol

Anyway, I hope CJ turns out to be the real deal here.

If he is, then we're set up for the next decade-plus.

If he isn't, then we're right back where we started...with nothing.

    • The panthers are such a trash organization at this point that all the huddle can do is argue about which panthers team is historically the worst…good times.
    • Well, hope they're not worried about a torn Labrum or Rotator Cuff, as someone who went through that myself, I know those don't have anything show up on X-Rays but from the MRI, so this is kinda a nothing update, hope it's not a tear or his season is already over if they decide to do surgery now. Which is basically what would be needed to get him to 100% for the start of next season's training camp if it's a labrum.  If he plays the season with it and then does surgery, he's not going to be ready for camp and probably not the start of the season either.
    • I always try to not pay much attention to a team’s preseason win/loss record. The 1982 Washington and 2021 LA Rams both lost every game in the preseason and went on to win the Super Bowl, whereas the 2008 Detroit Lions and 2017 Cleveland Browns both won every game in reason and went on to lose every regular season game. There’s many examples of teams that lose in preseason that go on to have good seasons, but equally there are teams that lose in preseason and that continues in the regular season. Which will we be?  I think our floor is a handful of wins, while our ceiling will probably be around the 9-10 win mark. The latter will require significant improvement from the whole team and coaching staff, and will also need Bryce to play like the QB we drafted him to be. I want to be optimistic and predict a winning season, but it’s really difficult as a Panthers fan!
