I thought I hit a cliff at 34 but I was just drinking too much and not eating well. Amazing what cutting out alcohol, a good diet, and exercise can do

Yeah it’s amazing how much too much alcy hits post-35. I don’t understand how some in certain circles do it. My stomach just can’t handle much anymore.

Fitter. Happier. More Productive.

This is promising but we need to pump our breaks a bit. Not trying to sound like a party pooper,  but the variables aren’t the same when comparing some of the best wide receivers in the game. Thielen wasn’t lining up against Jalen Ramsey or Stephen Gilmore regularly with his all-pro counterpart Jefferson on the other side.  He regularly lined up against the #2 corner from the opposing team. That can’t be ignored when taking this kind of statistic into consideration.

All things considered I still think he’s an excellent route runner and Thielen will find tons of openings due to his route running and expertise.

i mean he's mostly a slot guy, he's still not gonna be going against most teams CB1

I know several folks who have a fatty liver and they’re not even 40. Heading to cirrhosis territory. It’s nuts. But I live in a drinking town.

ricky proehl vibes

I really hope not. At Thielin’s current age, Proehl had one season with 561 yards and no other above 500 yard years in the other 6 years.

I am hoping for a lot more production than that here from what I expect to be our WR1.

He probably gonna man the slot here so still probably won’t draw the no 1 corner

ideally he would be in the slot but we don't have 2 guys to throw on the outside right now.

How do you figure? Terrace Marshall and Theilen are both there around names who many consider to be the leagues best. So I'd say, you're not doing yourself any favors.

Everyone above him or right below are not what I would call legit number 1 WR or even number number 2’s. Meanwhile the other guys are much better, so that separation stat seems really flawed

    • Yeah I think he's just talking continuity it's not really an endorsement. Also I would think CarolinaHuddle of all places would understand using "we" for the team you follow. I can't STAND when dorks do the "Oh so you play for them then? Hurr hurr"
    • Kon is a damn stud but it’s not any individual player’s team. All of the “big 3” are incredibly and equally important IMO. And LaMelo makes Kon way better (look at his shooting splits with LaMelo on the floor vs without. Also Moose and even Miles are important cogs. Honestly think we’re 1 piece away from being legit top contenders if the young guys continue to develop the next year or two. I trust this FO to be patient to find that piece within the next 2-3 years and not force anything. Plenty of time and even without adding anyone we have the pieces in place overall already to compete with any team.
    • We lost 2 very close and winnable games against top teams in the league while missing 3 critical players despite 2 of our top 3 players shooting unusually terribly. Still split the 4 games that Moose and Miles were suspended, winning the most important one vs the Hawks. This ain’t yo mama’s Hornets man. Hopefully Coby can go soon but even if not Moose and Miles are huge additions for our starting lineup and bench rotations. Schedule is pretty tough after these next 4 but I think we’ll take care of business the next 4 to get to .500 then finish slightly above .500 after that to get a 7 or 8 seed. Keep it rolling boys. Also Kon is having an insanely historic rookie season as a shooter. Like truly can’t believe my eyes watching this kid level of historic. Man what a fuging home run of a draft pick and exactly what this team needed to take that next step forward. He’s gonna shatter the rookie 3 point and franchise 3 point records. Has a real chance to be the 2nd best 3 point shooter ever or dare I say even get to Curry’s level (as a pure shooter, Curry obviously has way more to his game that has made him a GOAT).
