Don't want to say it but hard not to agree.

The PNP guy said it was a "smart business decision" to weigh in at 204lbs at the Combine (and not participate in any drills) and then not weigh in a few weeks later when you HAVE to throw.

I don't think he knows what a smart business decision looks like.

Frank and Bryce with the stagged photo op dap up.   Frank gave it away looking for the que they were filming it.

Tin foil hat now on:

Dissed CJ - no dap

Fake/staged dap up w/ Young

We drafting a RB guys #1.  When is the last time we didn't have a first rounder on the roster.  The cycle is repeating!!!!!!

Lombardi also said Bryce Young is the much better prospect

CJ is good but robotic and the Ohio State offense doesn’t translate well to the NFL

That is the third time I have heard someone label CJ robotic.

Kurt Warner said it to Adam Thielen during the combine and Thielen agreed. Lombardi has said it, and Kyle Brandt said it.

The pundits are trying to fool dumb front offices into picking guys like Gabbert, Trubisky, Fields, Zach Wilson and Kenny Pickett higher than they should leaving the smart teams with a chance at a good/great player.

We called their bluff moving up for Matt Corral and we'll call it again when the team store is selling STROUD jerseys in short order, telling everybody he's a Panther, gracefully hanging up the phone and let the teams below us figure QB out from the rest of the crop.

Low risk/high reward

Get LOUD about it!

Reich doesn’t look nearly as enamored in that parting of ways as he did with Stroud. Looks almost disinterested.

I would imagine a woman having two suitors both guys look so much alike people could say they could be brothers or twins.

Both charming, both hilarious, both aggressive, smart and one is 5'91/2 and the other is 6'21/2".

All things are equal including salary but height...

Is robotic a bad thing? I consider Brees, Manning and Brady robotic.

    • I'm looking at the final drive, and that's where I'm laying the blame at Bryce's feet. Stepping up to the line, 38 seconds left, 3 time outs on the clock. 30 yards needed to attempt a FG. It's not Bryce's job to call the plays, that's DC's and it was terrible play calling.  It's Bryce's job to read what the defense is giving him at the line. The middle of the field is open. Rams are guarding against the deep ball and bringing pressure leaving the middle of the field ripe for the taking. Knowing his line not holding up for long, Bryce should have read the defense, called the audible, and thrown to the middle of the field for 6- 8 yards, like you said, quick slants would have worked. Then run either hurry up or call a TO. We had time. He has to make the adjustments. Any QB has to make the adjustments.  The pass Horn dropped hit his hands but was at his knees. Should he have slid and caught it? Probably. Was the pass a good one? No it wasn't. Both players were at fault, not just Horn. Let's not pretend that Bryce threw a beautiful pass that hit the receiver chest high right in the hands in perfect stride because that damn sure wasn't the throw.  The defense didn't choke away a lead. They never had a real lead. Choking away a lead is being up by multiple scores late in the 4th and losing. We were up by 4 and handed the ball back to a potential MVP with an All pro WR and potential future HoF WR2. One score games in the 4th are a slug fest. 28-3. That's choking away a lead.  I don't solely blame Bryce for the game, but you seem to solely blame the defense for the game because they went to prevent. You are forgetting the short field that the offense left them that led to the early Puka TD on one of our 2 failed 4th down conversions. Our defense has been given very limited resources over the past 3 years while we have tried to put everything possible around Bryce. We added a little bit to the D this year after giving up a NFL record in points last year. Our defense overachieved based on what they've been given to work with.
    • I'd really like to keep Mayes. We drafted and developed him.
