I don't think there is any way Houston is going to allow Stroud to drop to Indy and have him in the division.  They'll trade with whoever will give them the best deal.  If its Atlanta, it going to be fun around here.

It has been shown time and time again that Tepper doesnt make the football decisions and hasn't.   People need to move on from this take as a scapegoat for every decision they dont like.
