Knowing how Fitterer likes to maneuver the draft

I feel this year we need to accumulate more picks to fill a lot more needs and depth so I can see us moving out of 39 or even a 5th to get some more late pick. What do you guys think?

We're going to pick up almost 20 UDFA's so take that into consideration

I could see a trade up to fill that gap between 39 and 93 or whatever, and taking a lot more flyers on UDFA's. If they move down from 39 it would only be a handful of slots for an extra 3rd to package and move back up

If a WR, TE, or Pass Rusher is there at our 2nd pick that can make an impact this year, we'll take them.

If not a player at one of those positions, I think he trades down maybe 10 spots or so while getting maybe a mid 3rd rounder out of it.

I don’t see us trading down from 39.  Fitt has been clear that the talent level drops off big time after 45 or so.

I think he's thrown away enough Draft picks in the next three Drafts. He should sit on his hands so the next GM has something to work with.

Maybe - but we have 66 players under contract already.  6 picks brings that to 72.  I’m sure we will add 2 more free agents after the draft, bringing us to 74.  Then come the UDFAs to bring us to 90 for camp.  Trading back to accumulate more picks while risking losing out on a more talented player just doesn’t make sense.

I wouldn’t be shocked to see us move up a few spots from 39 based on this
