If they sucked their way into #1 overall, maybe.

In this case, they traded up for this player. They knew who they wanted (Bryce) when they traded up and gave up top end talent (DJ Moore) to get him.

The card should he turned in as soon as they are officially “on the clock”.

That's also a big reason why you don't inform the guy until the card is turned in.

Does this mean Bryce Young won't may not be the pick and if he isn't we need to all take cover because this forum will fall apart big time. The BY followers will be expecting the pick to be BY will go berserk.
