Official NFL 2023 Draft Discussion

We got a QB, a Moose-like WR who should see the field soon.  Good draft.

Zavala is the pick that is the most interesting to me.  He and Mays can compete for the LG position with BC.  If they can beat out BC, BC becomes the swing T.  We get better at G and have depth at T.

If this works out, Zavala plays beside the T he knew at State; they should have chemistry.  Mays will fill in for Corbett until he returns and backup the C spot.  Christensen will backup both T spots and serve as an emergency G.

I have no problem with Johnson--just the trade up---he and Barno will complete and one will emerge.  Until then, let Burns, YGM, and Haynes hold it together.

Jammie is a good football player, so he will upgrade special teams. He can compete and take over when the Woods and Rowe contracts end.

He coached one of the leagues most stacked defenses to 14th overall in the league in his one season as a coordinator.

he’s gaga’d over here because he got fake head coaching interviews by teams who had no intention to hire him but needed to clear the Rooney rule

Sounds like the Panthers really messed up not hiring you for DC. Their loss I guess.

Are you sure you have your wife’s permission to make your requisite 27.7 posts per day on the weekend?

Remember we signed McCray who has plenty of starts at OG as well. Starting to build some OL depth.

Yeah, I've seen this movie before. But hey, keep trying, dude 😆

Might be tougher this year though. You had a lot more fertile ground to work with when we were terrible. If we have a good season you'll likely have to leave the football talk behind and stick to personal stuff to try and get a rise out of people.

But again, people who are familiar with you usual tactics / sh-tposting tendencies generally won't give a rat's ass about your opinion, so there's that.

Hey how’s that “Dave gettleman may be the league’s best GM” take doing Scot?
