Fitt is ass and needs to be fired. I'm just gonna say it.  He bought himself two years with the Young trade.  Everybody is on the Young hype train now, but will feel differently when we are 4-13 and watching the Bears draft with our fourth pick when we were better last year and could have just built on the success we had at the end of the year.  We were a Horne injury away from the playoffs and Fitt tore it all down.

He was an idiot for letting Foreman walk.  He is going to end up letting Burns walk for nothing or drastically overpaying. He wasted a ton of assets on Darnold. CJ Henderson hasn't worked out. He has been a failure.

Absolutely all true.

But to play devils advocate. We as Panthers fans once upon a time rationalized the ineptitude of the Matt Rhule era. From now on it's best to call a turd when you see one. That was today. Good news is it's only preseason.

      I don't think any good HC candidate will have any interest in the Raiders unless that coach is absolutely in love with one of the QB's in this draft, and even then, I'm not sure they're taking that job. That is a team with very little going for it right now, on top of being in a division with Mahomes/Reid, Herbert/Harbaugh, Nix/Payton. The next closest division with a set up like that for the foreseeable future would probably be the NFC North, who even as good as they are, none of them are as good as any of those 3.  You could say the Bills/Patriots with Allen/Maye is better set up than the NFCN, but even then, that's still just 2 teams, not 3 like with the AFC West. And that's before even factoring in all the distractions that come along with been in Vegas. I genuinely think the Raiders job is the worst in the entire NFL right now.

      A good QB would eat with TMac, Coker and the weapons we have. We need a QB, we need offensive line depth, and desperately, desperately need front 7 help. It's basically Derrick Brown and a bunch of JAGs. I suspect they'll go LB in the first, unless a QB unexpectedly drops.
