You'd rather let him walk or get much lower value for him in a trade?

No argument about Fitterer he has been given pass after pass here because of Matt Rhule and in truth mainly because he preceded Hurney. The Seahawks have not only been doing fine without him they are actually significantly better and that’s with Geno Smith lol.

They have to pay him after turning down " The Trade"

I just dont consider it a "win". That went out the window when we decided a pass rush specialist that is a huge liability in stopping the run was worth more than The Trade

The only way "the trade" would have went down is if David Tepper truly is a bottom tier owner and didn't give a poo about winning. If he approves that trade not only is Fitterer gone within the next season our stadium that so many people complain about being filled with opposing fans is going to be a home away from home for every other team for minimum 2 years. Who is going to pay to watch that when we signal we don't give a fug about winning and wave the white flag while we wait for future picks that aren't even guaranteed top ten?

You can acknowledge Fitterer is not living up to the job but also be realistic that trade would have done nothing to save our current roster. In actuality if we dumped Burns we should have dumped Brown and Chinn as well. Then went all in on the offense. That would be the only way to justify it.

All because of Burns? I just dont see it. He is not that great bro. We were fuging losing anyway.

This fanbase watched JP, a future HOF, walk for nothing. I am sure we could have gotten over losing a fringe pro bowler.

Burns is quickly becoming the edge version of Shaq Thompson.

So...do the folks that claimed that Billythecheat is way too clever for us still believe that drivel? Don't worry, nobody was paying attention anyway.

If Corral winds up on our PS, does that make us smarter than the average bear?

Seriously. All these hypocrites calling Fitterer a dumb dumb for cutting Corral

It's not just about Burns. I guess we are on different wavelengths in this convo. No problem agree to disagree.

Thats cool, my original post was about Fitt being shown the door with Rhule and co. and I still believe that. He is the weak link of our front office imo.

He might doom Reichs time here with his bad drafting and we will need to rid ourselves of both of them, but will probably just fire Fitt and get a new GM.

I dont want to go into a cycle of new coach, new gm every other year. They should have been hired in the same cycle, Fitt had done nothing to make keeping him a great move and nobody would have had a problem with letting him go.

Considering we traded a third and a fourth for a guy who can barely make the practice squad, I'd say no
