A loss to the Saints on MNF would be as bad a start as the Panthers can get.

Yeah, keep on with the “rebuild”

signed,

2-0 Desmond Ritter

2-0 Mayfield

2-0 garbage ass David carr

For real the Bucs lost the GOAT and all the players he brought in and they are 2-0

Panthers are in perma rebuild mode I guess bc they are just gonna cycle through coaches like Netflix does with their shows.

Tepper is the problem. These HC's we hire are his decision.

Not sure why he thought is was a good idea to hire a HC who was fired. The excuses has to stop. We blaming everybody but Tepper.

Starting to look that way. Every time I read a report that “Tepper was blown away by *inser name*”, it’s starting to worry me. Granted, it’s so early in Reichs and youngs career here, but him being blown away by Rhule and Hurney, is worrisome.

Tepper didn't pick Reich. Fitterer and Morgan did.

Tepper originally wanted Ben Johnson, then one of the other younger guys after he backed out.

Brand new staff, new schemes on both offense and defense (necessitating roster turnover) and a rookie quarterback...

That'd be a yes.

They switched schemes mid season last year on both sides of the ball and improved, a full offseason with this all star constructed staff shouldn't be having the type of problems that make it acceptable to call it a "rebuild"

If they felt the staff turnover was going to cause that many issues, THEN YOU DON'T TRADE AWAY THE FARM FOR A QB WITH SERIOUS LONGEVITY CONCERNS THE YEAR BEFORE A STACKED QB DRAFT!!!!!

That's what I can't get past with people calling this year a rebuild.  If you really felt it was going to be like that this year, then you keep your picks, sign a journeyman QB, take your lumps while the rest of the team learns the new schemes, and draft your QB with your own pick next year.

THAT is how you do a rebuild, not get the QB first.  What we did is basically the equivalent of Groot stealing that battery in the jail of the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie.  It was supposed to be the last piece to the puzzle, but instead did it first in a stupid way and then needed to scramble to figure the rest out.

I'm still not saying I think the sky is falling on this season after 1 week, plenty of time to turn it around, but it's why I can't stand people saying this year should be viewed in the sense of a rebuild.

But if Bryce doesn't end up a HOF caliber QB and we give a Top 10 pick to the Bears next year, that trade will forever be looked at as the worst transaction in franchise history.  I'm sorry, but it's just a fact.

    • Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.
    • This post was an error. Oops and sorry for the errors in the previous one. Too slow to edit.   We’ll see what they do.
    • I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
