As a person it is incredibly hard to root against this guy even you are a fan of another team. I feel like even if he busts he would still be very likable by our fans. -

His elite trait is supposed to be processing the field but his short stature mitigates that because he cannot see the field on a regular basis. I am not sure how you mitigate this, you cant roll out of the pocket on every play or scramble into sacks like he did last season. -

He stepped down because he wanted to do something different but also make more money. good news is the team has a trade partner for Necas now.
