A bit revisionist.  Most were hoping for Luck until he said, “Nah, I’m good.”

There was real debate about taking Patrick Peterson or Von Miller.

We got “the guy” but it wasn’t like we knew.

I did.  I wanted Cam as soon as the college season was over.  But yes, we were depressed from Luck deciding to stay in school and Cam just happened to blow up at the same time - but we had the 1st pick and hope.  We have neither this season.

See this quote for losers of life

Ahh, yes, we have reached the point of debate where we use our opponent's insults against them because we lack the intelligence or creativity to come up with our own.  I remember grade school fondly.  Enjoy it, young man!

You called a guy with 400 yds and 30 catches last year to break out??

haha yeah.... It's somewhere on this forum around draft time.... maybe March? I was talking about Texans were going to be in good shape now that Nico will finally get a QB.  There is a paper trail, if you doubt me feel free to look it up.

AR just went down the field and tied up the game with 2 mins left down 8

Someone literally just said if he was having the game he was having today for us, we would be losing our poo.  That right there is why we wouldn't be...  because he can make plays to atone for the mistakes.  Bryce is only capable of the gamechanging mistakes - not the game-winning plays.

Bryce made 1 play then followed it up with a play that literally lost us the game. Bryce isn’t that guy. He lacks the arm strength and mobility to be anything decent in this league

This crap set us back 3 years minimum

    • I think those silver helmets look great. The logo is fairly primitive looking but I understand why it is used.  The dayglo type blue top/bottom, I think looks like a cartoon. IOW not good. White on white is a classic look, no issue. Black on black I can take but prefer black pants with a blue top. Or white pants with the blue top.  That is about as much fashion content as I am comfortable posting. Maybe go to E or Bravo for this stuff.
    • Remember when the NFC South was the toughest division (circa 2002-2006 when every NFC Championship game featured one of the four of us?)
    • You are a fair point argument guy, but I disagree that Bryce got us out of that Miami hole. You know who Rico Dowdle is, right?  Just a small quibble.    IMO when I look at him and see his output in a typical game I imagine what he did that a replacement level guy wouldn’t or couldn’t have done.  And I have trouble seeing much difference.  So assuming they can’t replace him with someone’s backup, not everybody’s but there are guys sitting, assuming they can’t replace him for probably less money would potentially be an erroneous assumption.    But based more on his relationship with the team and the guys making the decisions, the question of will they? I tend to see them sticking with him.  I never wanted him at all. But after all the misery of the Bryce era so far, I don’t have a problem with waiting until the season is complete to decide. Bring it on, I can take it.  So I am not ranting that he needs to go, although I have certainly done that and can’t say he has changed my mind to this point.  He still could.  We’ll see.
