Rookie Bryce reminds me of rookie Tua

The Dolphins use pre snap motion more than any other team and Tua throws to his first read more than any other QB in football. The weapons help but it’s more so they scheme someone open on every play. Novel concept making things easy for your QB

Exactly. Meanwhile Reich purposely shortens the field for Bryce so defenses can just blitz and press the receivers. Reich sucks

65% completion 5 ints 9 fumbles and 13 TDs in 10 games

You gotta be kidding me pulling this stat card like it means anything.  It's not even bad for a rookie.  Look at some of the throws made his rookie year.  Its night and day.

Here look at Tua's highlight reel.  There's some real confidence in a lot of these throws.

I hope Bryce turns it around, but some of you guys are just straight up in denial about what we've seen thus far.

The whole offense is designed to get the ball to a speedster as fast as possible. Their offensive speed is absurd.

    • To me, this seems like they feel they aren't going to be competitive. I can't help but go back to Bryce. Good guy, but he doesn't inspire people to give it their all. He isn't a "leader" that people look to. There is no Smith, Delhomme, Kuechly, Cam, etc. coming in that door.  It has to be Bryce, but biologically speaking, how often is the shortest man in the room going to command the kind of respect that will drive people? It just isn't. That isn't how we are wired. That isn't how any living animal on Earth today is wired.  I just follow the science guys.
    • Vick's issue with Reid was that he couldn't take a hit, and he wouldn't go down. Otherwise he was pretty good much of the time.  Mahomes has a system that works. Mahomes doesn't become Mahomes elsewhere because not everyone can extract 125% of the ability of a specific player like Reid can. Kevin O'Connell is beginning to look like he has that ability as well but I'll need to see how he does with his Redshirt Freshman.  I also wonder how much of their playoff issue last year was related to the offense as a whole and not just Darnold. Fans don't really dive into the "why" things happen, they just see the what and complain about it.
