Given that he was accused of defrauding people, they may be calling him a lot of things.

I'm guessing the team got enough of an explanation about that to feel comfortable signing him.

For what it's worth, he used to be a damn good player.

Don't know how good a fit he is for a 3-4 though. He always struck me as more of a traditional 4-3 Mike backer.
