Reich's offense was garbage. O-line scheme, the signing of Miles Sanders, no production from wide receivers.

If it's true about Tepper forcing the Young pick, how can you expect Reich to be excited about being forced to use a QB that he didn't want. He's doomed to failure right from the beginning. Getting fired was probably the only way he was gonna get paid.
