As long as Tepper keeps Veto control over any player no coach is going to want to come here.  The HC and GM have to be in total control of the roster.  If Tepper is involved, they'll stay away.

Belichick failing here would be disasterous. Atleast everyone agrees that Rhule and Reich were inept. Media's going to go in on Tepper if he gets similar results with the 6x champion.
