Have you ever thrown a pass while rolling out/while running? It’s not uncommon at all to come off your feet a little, especially if you’re passing towards centerfield/opposite hash across your body. You should try throwing a football sometime.

and “eyes closed”?? You think he’s just shutting his eyes and just chucking it? Lmao leave it to the huddle to take a singular snapshot of a dude blinking (yknow, that involuntary bodily thing we humans do sometime) to try and act like Bryce is shutting his eyes for throws

Bryce has had a rough season, but this ain’t it bud lol.

this is pretty low effort even by your standards.

There is no scenario where a nfl qb should be throwing the ball with both his feet off the ground.   But cope all you want.  The kid has to fix his mechanics.

Bruh where is the cope? I literally said he’s had a rough year. Call it cope all you want, doesn’t make this post any less laughably wrong.

when you talk about Bryce it has the same vibes as an old man bitterly ranting about his ex wife years after the divorce

the cope is you trying to justify him throwing across his body with both his feet off the ground, but you be you guy, I love it

    • In May of 2026, it looks like a challenging schedule...and it probably is.  I rarely listen to the "strength of schedule" conversations that light up social media this time of year. Each year teams improve and decline. I think there's chunks of the year we need to take care of business and the week 5 bye is not desired.  I do think if we don't hit the bye week at 3-1, it's going to be a major uphill battle given the schedule in front of us. This season falls on three people, regardless of schedule strength: Canales, Bryce, Evero.  Canales: Finally can truly coach all aspects of the team and not focus with gameday prep for OC duties anymore. He drives the bus and needs to get these guys in position to win each week. There's no way vets come in and put it on the line every week to watch our QB sh!t the bed (See: SF game last year). Bryce: Despite everyone's obsession with thinking Bryce is a guaranteed extension, I think this year will truly be his "prove it" year. If he comes out the way he has the past three years, I really don't see how vets and coaches can continue to put him under center long-term. He might play out that fifth year as the starter, but I think next offseason his long-term replacement is found. I also think there's no excuses with the weapons and commitment we've made on offense to insulate him with every possible weapon.  Evero: Best personnel he's had since he's been here...no excuses. Figure out how to blitz effectively. Figure out how to use CBs whose strengths are press/man. Figure out how to utilize a talented front-7 to get the hell of the field. Outside of FS and maybe....maybe ILB, there are few weaknesses on this unit.
    • Canales can never get his teams ready in the first week of the season so far. Hope that changes or Ben Johnson is going to take his azz to school.
