It’s clear we want a culture builder and someone who comes in and establish an identity. That is superseding the offensive guru type. We’re likely wanting best of both worlds, but don’t be surprised if we end up zeroing in on Macdonald or Weaver in BAL.

Kind of an odd thought since we haven't inquired about Weaver that I've seen.

Not really odd. They mentioned how he’s a candidate that’s not getting much media attention but is getting looked at by multiple orgs.

He's my dark horse candidate.

And across the NFL you are seeing more analytically-driven decisions by teams.  Hell, Ryan Poles, who has gotten the Bears into the perfect spot, is an analytics guy.  It really doesn't matter what side of the table you lean on, as long as you are good at whatever it is you preach.

Ryan Poles has drafted poorly. That's a bad team in Chicago.

Any Harbaugh fans will love him because he is cut from that tree if we don't get Jim Harbaugh. I think he will pull some Harbaugh guys from the offensive side to help get this offense going.... Definitely one of my top 5 to become HC.

I saw a fan on twitter this week talking about how apparently on like the first day of rookie mini camp or OTAs or something John Fox questioned the toughness of every single player on the team. Not sure if true or not but we need that so bad.

He shouldn’t be considered a dark horse though. He and Ben Johnson are THE hot shot coordinators. I’ll be surprised if he doesn’t get at least one HC offer. He’ll interview everywhere

I actually like it, he has a little of the Wilks vibe, doesn't seem too stubborn, would intimidate Teppers dumb ass, Nicole probably thinks he's hot..
