Give me a culture builder because this team has had no pulse for years now and the passengers in that locker room need to be put on notice. I prefer Vrable as long as you get him some damn talent to work with

The fact another retread HC is leading the poll is depressing.

I find it surprising that Callahan doesn't have a single vote. He is one of the more popular candidates trailing only Ben Johnson at the moment in terms of interview requests.

Harbaugh. Not sure why you'd do a poll eliminating options by guessing where they are going. Until Harbaugh has been hired elsewhere or we've hired someone, he is an option.

I don't think we're going to end up with any of your poll options as HC lol

That'd be a pretty boring poll. It'd be mostly people voting for Ben Johnson.

Todd Monken or Mike Macdonald (my #2 overall behind Ben Johnson)

I'm just not a fan of these other options.  Ben Johnson is my #1 but I don't see that happening.

Monken is older, which hurts him, but he's got great experience in the pro and college game.  That should help with his ability to develop players because he's familiar with different styles and ways of getting guys involved.  Even in Tampa, he did a great job (I won't blame him for Jameis being a turnover-machine).  And he's worked under two great leaders in Harbaugh and Smart.

Macdonald I feel could be a culture-setter, and like Monken, has worked under great leaders.  And I just get a vibe that his teams will be tough.  I mean just look at him.

I don't want to hire an offensive coach for the sake of saying we have one.  Callahan and Canales would be blah hires.  I wouldn't hate Frank Smith... but I wouldn't feel good about it working out.  Feels like you'd be taking a huge gamble that he isn't just riding Mike McDaniels' coattails.

And please no retreads

I thought Monken was in his mid 60's when I looked at him. surprised to find out the guy is only 57

What's with the Monken hype? He's almost 60 and he has had Lamar Jackson to work with.

Ben Johnson Frank Smith Bobby Slowik and even Canales should be the only names to bother with.

He's the flavor of the day. There will be empty media hype around somebody else tomorrow.

I dont have one, weird. Wellllll maybe.....if forced answers below.

I cannot figure who would be the best at building a new expansion type team.

Ive also cooled on vrabel some too.

Plus I dont follow the NFL like past years, some of these names are totally new to me. For example my first time seeing both ravens coordinators.

Frank smith is the one Id pick mainly cause he was a big part at rebuilding a team with a struggling high QB draft pick. Unfair to name him, given my lack of knowledge on the others. But right now thats my pick- Frank Smith.

    • It's all about balance in a way.  Guys who can lead with fire in the locker room, put their study cap on when they need to, get game-day laser focused/cool-as-a-cucumber in the pocket when the moments come, etc.  Different moments require being adaptive and perceptive to team and game needs.  Not saying Bryce has or doesn't have those traits required, but from what I've observed he's rather chill on and off the field so certain personalities that can help a team will need to come from elsewhere.  It's been few and far between (but has happened) when his more vibrant and competitive self noticeably comes out of the shell.   Nothing against him though, but having the Smitty, Cam or Luke type personalities can really help with culture and bringing a locker room together - and it can effect play in a good way.  But at the end of the day, that can come from the OL, QB, a star RB or WR.  Doesn't have to be QB - plenty of SB winning examples to show for.   It would just be nice to have some real energy and excitement on this team again.  It's been a massive void for me for quite some time now, hope some dudes coming in like Dionte, XL, & Brooks can bring something in this regard too.
    • I don’t think being taken 1st overall tells Young he is too small. Fans thought so. It is a factor you can’t say it isn’t.  The other guys overcame it. You seem to be proclaiming he will. Your opinion.
    • ZenLeaf CBD Gummies plan needs to anticipate situations in have had difficulties or might have difficulties again this party/holiday season and just to proactively in order to handle them successfully your path. I'd have said. this is not one of many best food deals in town. Unless you have a brown-rice and organic food only mania. They do have some very nice daily specials barbeque deals, ZenLeaf CBD Gummies for that price each and every here (lunch going for $8 - $12), you're better off taking the elevator into the 4th floor food court for really tasty food for maybe even less. The facility is usually clean and the patio dining facility is awesome, though bradenton is a hit hang out of homeless folks (they don't actually come to the restaurant, but they ambush you on the sidewalk in front of it).
