Jordan Love has been great, but this is a coaching victory. LaFluer, if he wasn't already, now definitely a top 5 coach in the league.

The Shanahan Tree has some great coaches man.

K. Shanahan

M. McDaniel

M. LaFluer.

S. McVay.

At this point I want B. Slovik over Ben Johnson. Who's apart of the same tree.

I'm waiting for the day when the NFL figures out how to stop the Shanahan offence.

Coaches call plays.

This is a players league. Coaching can only get you so far. Players win games.

Look at our roster, put any HC you want we will still suck because we lack talent.

in.We could have probably won the Nfc South this year starting A Dalton.  Let that sink in

This is of course true generally. That doesn't mean that there aren't certain games that are won primarily because of coaching, or lost because of it.

This stands out as one of those exceptions. I've counted at least 4 WIDE OPEN completions. Not NFL open. College, high school open. That's not because of the players. That's because Matt LaFluer knew exactly what Dan Quinn wanted to do and took advantage.

    • Just like WR, you thin it out and then suffer an injury and you are scrambling.  Any RB could have run through some of those those holes though and maybe you don’t get the same xtra yards but you are getting yardage.  It is the pass catching they will miss the most.
    • Without Sanders, they are stil catching balls. Sanders is about a giveaway to it will be a pass play.   Also, hoping we see the competition at RB keep both guys on their toes.
    • I was talking about pre season hype vs now.  They were talking about him being the best route runner on the team and being unguardable.  Putting people in the blender.  He has had 1 catch the last two games, and before that it was 2 per game. I like Renfrow, but it seems him and Bryce are not on the same page.
