I suspect after the Reich fiasco and when you look at turn around duration like Dan Campbell

 

would you say that the Dan / Dave combo is 3 seasons to show improvement?

Probably about the same as Rhule. They'll get two years and if there isn't significant improvement early in in year three their fate will likely be sealed. I think that's about all the patience Tepper has. That's assuming they aren't tied to saving the super processor. If they are they're fuged from jump street. Enjoy those severances.

Tepper can pretend he’ll give them a leash but if we don’t make the playoffs by 2025 I think they’re gone after 2. If not sooner.

Year two with new QB if/when Bryce fails again

Year 3 better be showing some type of competitiveness.

Tepper is the owner….this is his 4th football coach and he is on his 3rd soccer coach. 

So there is no guarantee in reality of anything and normal timelines are out the door.

Year one with Teddy under rhule it really looked like we just needed a legit QB to win some games, everything since then has been a complete nosedive.

I think it will largely depend on what the rest of the roster looks like in year 2 and how competitive they are. If I were a betting man I would say he gets at least 2 full seasons.

I hope he pulls it off myself.  I like underdog stories and his certainly is. If he somehow wins with Bryce Young I will become a believer.

Getting anything less than 3 seasons might be the straw that broke the camels back for me. I'm already struggling to find the nfl compelling not considering the Panthers situation.

Yeah, he will get at least 2 full years and likely into year 3. Nothing in the NFL is a guarantee beyond that without notable improvement.
