This is what I keep saying. Do people just love to wallow in misery? Find something to do that makes you happy folks.

Some of you spout negativity with every post. If I was like that I think I’d avoid coming here. If you’re so convinced we will suck, go find something else to do.

When they're right it's I told you so when wrong they disappear

I will say there hasn’t been a move like signing Miles Sanders that everyone pretty much knew was an awful idea. So far the moves are addressing needs while getting rid of some issues at the same time.

Yeah the cynicism is warranted but focusing on the interior line vs. third tier skill players like Sanders and Hurst sure seems like a good sign.

The huddle wasn’t calling Sanders a 3rd tier skilll player when we signed him last offseason.  Probably don’t want to bump those threads.

This feels like the same ol same old if we are being honest.  Overpay for players.  Trading folks for less then market value.  Signing old players.

We haven't overpaid for anyone. If you want the best, you have to pay for the best. Half stepping on the O-line hasn't worked out for damned near a decade.

Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised to hear Sanders was playing hurt last year. He was held out of practices early on recovering from a groin injury and never really looked himself. I mean I know he isn’t elite but he should at least look serviceable…

The only thing that truly matters is how well he can draft. I'll have a decent enough answer on that by the end of the year.

Yep, been saying that for a while now. Clowney, Diontae and Hunt didn’t make a 2-15, barely won the two, team into a playoff contender considering what we lost as well.

The draft is where we setup our future, good or bad.

Best case scenario is Sanders stepping up this season. He had some moments where he flashed at the end of the year because he was playing for respect. He would save us a draft pick next month if he can deliver .
