Some other notes on roster moves, not all was mentioned by the OP.

Full Monday roster moves.

The team signed cornerbacks Chris Wilcox and Quandre Mosely after a workout on Monday.

They also signed cornerback Willie Drew, wide receiver Sam Pinckney, and running back Jaden Shirden, who were here in camp earlier this summer.

lol, they even added a RB after cutting Dilion.  Just goes to show, nothing actually mattered in that game.  Decision was made on him regardless of that game.

I just assume he wasn’t really following the design of the play, or something happened behind the scenes, maybe both. Like “Hey man, you were supposed to run into this gap right here, why’d you bounce it outside?” And he answers “Fug you and your momma” and flips everyone the bird. You never know. Or could just be one of those doing the guy a solid and giving him a chance to catch on with another team after putting out good film because you know he’s not going to be on your final 53. Or the guy could request to be cut for the same reason. Who tf knows.

Y'all just seem to find more and more ways to look funny.

We're making cuts...in preseason...cutting guys that weren't going to be making the 53...that shouldn't be making the 53.

"Yep...this is a clown show!"

Canales ties his shoe. "Yep! This is a clown show!"

Morgan eats a sandwich. "Yep! This is a clown show!"

Y'all are just looking to be pissed off. Anything that you hear is going to prompt the same response.

I mean, the org literally put out a hype piece on Dillion....cut him and replaced him with another nobody.  Neither are making the team.  But if that doesn't send a message that everything is bullpoo I don't know what does.

We are a clown show.  Not because of any of these moves though.

Maybe you didn't know that Johnson scored a preseason TD against the Jets 3rd string defense!

If there a difference between being cut and being waived? Panthers.com said Dillion Johnson was waived.

    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
    • OT is the top priority as it is both an immediate and future need.  I wouldn't be past trading up slightly to get the guy we want.  You need that rookie contract right now.  Icky is a dead 17.5 million for the season.  Morton is 20+ mil for the season, Hunt is 20+ mil for the season.  There needs to be forward thinking regarding the future.   Caleb Lomu is a left Tackle, he's a solid prospect, he may be the best pick for us now and in the future.  I would seriously consider cutting Hunt after 2026, and let Lomu and Icky fight for the LT job, loser moves inside.  Icky's future may be at guard after this injury anyway.  If Damien Lewis keeps up his level of play he will need to be paid sooner rather than later.  Yosh and BC can be our top two depth OL at an affordable price.  You will need to look at OT again in 2027. Getting an EDGE for the sake of getting an EDGE outside of the top 10 is pretty risky.  I wouldn't be against eyeing someone like Cashius Howell, Derrick Moore, or TJ Parker in the 2nd (even if we trade a future pick to move up) or DDS in the third. I'd love to see us try to sign both Leo Chenal and Matt Millano in FA.   Chenal for the blitzing element we are missing from our LB corps and Millano for his elite coverage.  They could both work in tandem.  Remember, our FO has deep ties to both KC and Buffalo. I love thinking about the draft, but until Free Agency hits, we are clueless.  Looking at the strength of FA and the draft, OL is priority #1, LB #2, and EDGE #3.  We know what happens to Bryce when protection falls apart.
