Rather stick with someone who is already in place than to have Winston. 

We're in need of a lot of defensive help. Take Edge round 1 and maybe if an upside QB falls to round 2 we take one. 

I don't see any QB on this list, that isn't already on our roster, that will improve us.

He played in 8 games for SF.. Thats a small sample size to say he couldn't accel. He's 4-4 in those 8 games, then was injured. Him being traded had more to do with him not fitting Shanahans system and injuries then it did anything else.

Dalton is a gunslinger like Winston but less TO prone. 

I will say I don't think Winston is any less TO prone than Jordan Love.

Rams have put out feelers about Mathew Stanford being traded, he could be cut too.

Desmond Ridder was available. He's a Raider now.

Cooper Rush and Shane Buechele from that list. Andy Dalton on a team friendly deal if he wants to return.

Find a developmental QB and rotate them all if they fall below the standard to keep the starting position.

I’d just stick with the plan if I believed in it. Which is you have a guy who knows the NFL QB game, as well as anyone you have had maybe since Dan Henning (Chargers QB). Excluding Reich who was a radar blip basically. 
You work with him to identify your next move. Whatever you do about Dalton there needs to be two more people added. 
Keep in mind whoever they get may not not be the guy he wants, just the best he can get.  
Whoever Canales thinks is the best option, go. What I’d do, not having the benefit of being on the inside.
