Don't blame him one iota for feeling that way regarding that.

But he was already done before this. Never should have traded for him at this point. Fans of the Steelers who came by to talk about the trade told us what was up with Diontae.

If we flip a cb that we weren't resigning and a 6th for a 7th and a 4th and the first entertaining game in like 6 years I'd say that was a good trade

All this to probably get a conditional 4th

Or get nothing what sounds like a better option? Hmmm having two fourth rd picks which we could flip into a second or let him walk for nothing and have only one fourth rd pick it’s just logical towards Proper team building to acquire assets for players who won’t be with us next year

Panthers and Diontae don't want to take a chance of an injury Sunday prior to him being traded

Smart they held out DA then traded him can’t ruin the merchandise before we sell it duhhh.

My take: Panthers are leaking all these rumors about Johnson, they want him out and are hoping another team will give them a decent draft pick

I question how much it is us intentionally leaking or if we are just a leaky organization. That seems to have been the case the entire Tepper tenure.

I do believe we are unhappy with him and I also believe he is unhappy with us.

I wonder if Morgan's strategy was to wait up until the deadline on purpose. Drive the price up for the right team that needs a replacement WR. Just about everyone else is moved and looks like Rams are keeping Kupp.

I think the Texans just lost Stefon Diggs for the season, maybe there?

No  its going to happen this week probably today I would imagine.  Next week is the Germany game and I doubt they want to go through the charade of taking him with the team

Maybe, but leaking they aren’t happy with him would seem to hurt their bargaining position.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
