4th quarter, game on the line, playing 10 yards off receivers allowing completion after completion on simple route concepts. This has been happening all season and is unacceptable bad playcalling. 
 

EDIT: Just as soon as I post this, Kurt Warner is calling out the Panthers bad defensive scheme.

I don't know why NFL teams play so scared on D in short clock situations. They concede the FG terrified to give up the TD.

See the comment above you. The team is 2-7. Why are they playing the Ron Rivera Charmin Soft prevent defense like they have something to play for? They FINALLY call a blitz on third down in the red zone to force a field goal. Where was that aggressiveness when they weren’t already in field goal range?

Because you don’t want to give up a huge chunk play early that allows the opposing team to run the clock down to the point that if they score a TD you have no chance.

Worst case scenario is they kick a missable field goal.

I agree with your frustration man I want better from the whole staff and roster. I'm just saying big picture this offense is completely pitiful too.

Oh for sure. But the scheme has been extremely questionable on defense in particular. On offense it’s clearly a Bryce/talent issue.

That soft zone defense when leading at the end of games is as old as the NFL. I’m not going to blame Evero for using schemes I've seen from Ron Rivera and John Fox.

I will say he called his best game of the season just now . The exotic blitz worked a lot this game . Had Daniel confused the whole first half

Seems like we play this soft defense no matter who is coach or DC. Ron was famous for doing this.
