The decisions and play calling by the Cowboys looks like they are trying to tank. Many of their players looked like they hadn't practiced together or installed properly during the week.

Then it looked like they've been working more with Trey Lance, but when he went in he messed up too. As soon as Lance was in a bad situation, they tossed Rush back in and had him on a single read and throw like he was a practice QB. The protections, communication, and OL looked like they had no idea what their assignment was.

Looks like Jerry Jones has inserted himself during practice and has requirements to see players with their seperate packages in the game.

So odd. Definitely tanking.

I think Jones is wanting Rush to look bad to the league so he can sign him again as a back up for a small 2 year contract again. Evil owner manipulating the team and players on purpose for his own gain.

Looking at some more overall stats today, some things stick out with the passing. Russell wins but with a 50% completion ratio and just shy of 200 yards. Herbert won only with 164 yards. Mahomes YPA was a mediocre 6.3. Mayfield, 116 yards! Kyler Murray was 22/24. 

Also, Chuba's still the rush leader so far. With a bit of luck, he'll be the top rusher this week.

      Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too

Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents

      Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
