I'm shocked that the Vikings actually fixed Darnold. It's gonna be interesting to see what they do moving forward having drafted McCarthy in the 1st this past draft.

They didnt fix Darnold, the 49ers did. He said sitting on the bench made it make sense.

also and i cant stress this enough, Mike Evans and Jetta are fuging good

I told y'all Darnold was legit!

We had a good thing going with Darnold/Wilks. Shame on us.

But it's a new day and we have to focus on the right now.

I think the year sitting at 49ers helped get him ready

Very possible. Being able to sit back and take a breather and just be a student of the game under an excellent offensive coach couldn't have hurt. Then turn around and land in a great spot right after. After ending up in two of the worst situations in the league he managed to wind up in two of the best. Good for him.

He was a 20 year old starter for the nyjets.  He should have sat completely for his rookie year

And there was a reason we gave up on the first two, who played a lot worse in a Panthers uniform so who’s to say if you give up on Bryce he won’t win an MVP somewhere else lol.

Bryce in this stretch has been better than any Baker or Darnold stretch in a panthers uniform. And that’s with no CMC, DJ, Moore or Robbie Anderson.

Teddy was better than both of them in Carolina with worst pass protection

Your first paragraph I agree with but Teddy was a stat padding coward who never threw the ball down field. He sucked monumental ass here. He was super saiyan Jimmy Clausen.

This is why you choose an alpha, grown ass man who can make every throw as your QB1. it should be the baseline. Pair him up with a stud center and LT and put guys around him who can catch the damn ball.

Sam saw ghosts because he got the piss knocked out of him every week. He probably played half the time with a concussion. I bet his eyesight wasn’t exactly 20/20.

He didn’t need a team of superstars, but he got fortunate. I’m happy for him.

I like Bryce, but physics is physics.  eventually injury will come his way. I wouldn’t put money on him having a 10 year NFL career.

You can make the argument for sure, but no one was questioning the talent level of the other two even while they were here.

    • I think i like the Oregon Safety better
    • Do you see the vision?  As of now our Carolina Panthers don’t have an identity. We are not an offensive powerhouse and on defense we only started getting it together towards the end of the year last year. In my opinion we are much closer to having an incredible defense that scares the daylights out of people. I say the answer is simple and we fully commit to that possible identity.    Emmanuel McNeil Warren (E man)  This guy is like a shark lurking around ready to attack anyone. Fearless. He is easily a top 20 talent in my eyes, and the only reason he isn’t more talked about is because he’s from Toledo. Do your due diligence as panther fans and watch his tape I beg you. Once you’re done watching let me ask you this, if you dropped E - Man into the strong safety spot on the Buckeyes, he isn’t being talked about as one of the best prospects we’ve seen in some time given the skill set you see with this guy? I think so. Put his name on the card and turn it in at 19.    Jacob Rodriguez  High effort, High energy, High IQ guy that flies around the field. We all know Jacob at this point. My only concern is he’s a little bit too good and I’m not sure he makes it to us at our pick in the second. With the additions of Jacob and E- Man I think our defense goes to top 5 in the league. We would have a duo of linebackers that rival anything we’ve had in our past. I’m not a GM so I don’t know what the possible answer could be, but if there’s a way we can comfortably trade up in the second to secure this guy I think we find a way to do it.    Spend the rest of our picks fixing the O - line.    Thoughts Panthers fans? Who’s the ideal duo for yall?
