We gotta worse this year when we moved from other players and added some of Evaros guys. Injuries blah blah the fuging Saints ran for 1000 week one and Carr looked like prime Brady

Can we pretend sort of kind of like in a certain kind of way it's really more like his rookie year? We do that with players every so often. Maybe next season he will be good?

I was having some performance review conversations with an employee and found out afterwards he was already searching for a job. When he gave me his notice, I backed off and let him finish his notice. I dropped the performance follow-ups because he was leaving anyways and there was no point.

When he was packing his stuff up on his last day, my boss couldn't believe I let him work a notice so he ran down the hall and "terminated" him about 2 hours or less before the day was up. 

Im sorry but just based on that companies unemployment premium possibly going up if the fired employee's new job falls through and how flimsy pips hold up in unemployment court as opposed to a voluntary quit, that is quite possibly the most retarded thing i have ever heard an employer do.

Jeremy Chinn having a pretty strong season on Washington. They seem to love him.  Evero had no use for him.  Was always  head scratcher there
