Interesting call. I could see that as incomplete or complete, honestly.

And that's why it stayed as called, as it wasn't indisputable evidence to overturn it, not hard to understand.

Anyone who thinks this is an example of the refs just calling things for KC are just fooling themselves.

Yeah, people just want to hate the champs. I get it. KC gets some superstar treatment but that isn't the example of it.

I do actuallu want them to win the title because the Pats fans have been melting down so hard about it. I love to see them up in arms.

Also, fug the NFC East.

This all goes back to ….. multiple billion business that still measures 10 yds with sticks and a chain

It's ridiculous that they haven't found a way to implement goal line technology yet like in international soccer.

But there really isn't a good way to do it for 1st downs as with those, it comes down to where the ball is when the player is down, just reaching the line isn't enough as if they pull it back before they are down, then it's still not a first down.  There's just no way to have sensor information that can tell you exactly where the ball is at the moment the player is down.

I don't hate the Chiefs. I just think it's boring as hell to see the same team win over and over again if it's not the team I'm actually a fan of.

Most of the people rooting for the Chiefs are Chiefs fans. The vast majority of fans from other teams probably don't want them to win because we've already seen them win 3 Super Bowls.

They have largely been melting down since the beginning, so they really are just going classic Bills.

I mean there’s an element of that but when you see the refs are actively against you, and they have our favorite ref Clete Blakeman who just allowed the most murky catch of all time but ruled Cotchery didn’t catch it in the Super Bowl which was a much clearer catch, it’s just not even fun to watch this anymore.

Bro, soccer uses magical game clocks that only the refs control.

    • I would be quite surprised if he got more than a fine. Flopping has long been out of hand in the NBA. There were definitely some Heat players doing extra selling fouls. LaMelo seems to be getting quite a bit of hate on social media for the Bam injury though. And it is fair to wonder how the next opponent might defend him going forward knowing what happened. I don't think we can just be homers and dismiss it entirely especially after all the complaints we've made about the Pistons in particular. I think this group better be prepared for a very physical game on Friday.
    • When you look closely at the play it was careless from Melo but bang bang full speed I don’t think it was intentional or dirty or deserving of a foul. Bam’s off balance momentum was already carrying him towards a fall and even if Melo didn’t touch him it may have had the exact same outcome. And honestly I think he did try to sell it more when he felt LaMelo’s hand. Dudes arms flopped back instead of bracing for the fall. Sucks he got hurt but a suspension would be ridiculous and an awful look for the league. Fine and move on
    • Sure but it literally would be benching him lol, and it would kill his confidence. He’ll get back in a rhythm, kid just had an all time great rookie season and led the league in 3s, you gotta stick with him as starter. But yeah I’m all for getting some more lineups throughout the game with Coby and Melo   and yeah Miles’ block and Coby and others jumping him in celebration was fuging epic
