The difference in chart value to go from 57 to 34 is a pick in the 200's. Likely will be able to move up for a fourth or future third.

57 + 111 gets you into the 49/50 range. You're not getting close to 34 with 57 and a 4th

I want us to just sit tight until it gets into range of 57+111. If the right guy is there at that point and there's a dance partner then go for it. But that's as aggressive as I hope that we get.

I think they are trying to move up to get EZ

Please don't be something stupid like next year's 1st

Morgan wouldn’t do that. He may recklessly trade a 2nd next year but first is off limits for him IMO.

That is a death sentence around here

Shouldn't have traded the pick away 2 years ago for an undersized QB. First, you overreach for a WR at 8, now you want to give away more future assets?

Way to go Dan "Fitterer" Morgan.

I disagree with TMac being a reach at 8. This board has worshipped Tee Higgins for 2 years straight. Forget what the draftniks say. You were essentially picking between the top player at a position on your board and one of them never put up big numbers. The excuse for that is limited snaps, why in the fug would a top 10 pick have limited snaps. I don’t care if it’s UGA or the Harlem globetrotters. Top tier players need to be playing 90% of the time.

    • I'm not to sure it's a solid argument to try to estimate what he will do this season, BUT he's had a solid 3 years in the league. Here's his numbers compared to Jewell's for the same time period. I can see the logic of getting a starting MLB for a (at best) WR4. AT, XL and Tmac are certainly our top 3 guys IN 2025. Certainly worth pondering.
    • Training camp just started and it's already starting... https://www.facebook.com/reel/24277303321904901/?mibextid=rS40aB7S9Ucbxw6v LOL No one believes you and you have fan pages sharing this with a "Play him or trade him" headline. Oh wee mayne. This is why no front offices wanted any part of this.
    • Honestly, it only makes sense if you're trying to chase being the best bad team you can be this year. The number one question we need answered this season is whether or not Bryce is our long-term franchise QB. Trading away a second year WR who was second on the team in catch percentage, first in yards per target, and who clearly outplayed your 1st round pick for a likely one year rental fill in LB is exactly the type of short sighted desperation moves that has made us the worst franchise in the league under Tepper. We gotta stop making these types of moves and just focus on building a good organization and a good roster. Lloyd is a JAG LB another bad team and awful defense is wavering on and a couple of Panthers fans are salivating over him. Oof. We just need to be patient and wait. Definitely make some calls around the league to teams deep at LB and see if there's an opportunity to add one for a late round pick. Definitely shop the waiver wire hard. The reality is that LB is almost certainly going to be a weakness for us this year. We weren't fixing our entire roster in one off-season and we're not fixing an overall weak positional group in late July.  If you trade for Lloyd LB is still a weakness and you've given up a young promising WR who could potentially help you answer the question of whether or not Bryce is that guy. That's bad football business.
