BREAKING: Panthers release official depth chart

Recommended Posts

Carolina Panthers Primary LogoCARWide Receiver

Panthers WR Hunter Renfrow is listed as a starting wide receiver on the team’s unofficial Week 1 depth chart.
Renfrow was cut and re-signed to the Panthers’ active roster after Jalen Coker was placed on injured reserve. The 29-year-old is the only player listed in a slot wide receiver role on the team’s depth chart. Coker was expected to play the slot frequently this season, but now that he is sidelined, it looks like Renfrow will be in the slot role. He will still trail Tetairoa McMillan and Xavier Legette in the pecking order but could earn his way do fantasy viability early on in the season.

How unusual is it to only have 3 DE listed in a 3-4 scheme?

And only 5 defensive lineman total.

7 WR and 4 TE... with Coker on IR. 🫠

Next draft they certainly will need to adress OL(OT depth), LB and DL (QB🤷‍♂️).

Think this has good odds of being a nice defensive front draft coming up

Uh, what now?

Horn Jr listed as 3rd on the outside instead of as the backup slot, which is currently left blank?

Can't tell if that's just some weird oversight or the team taking a shot at Horn Jr and saying they feel he's playing like a 3rd stringing despite us not even having a backup slot right now.

These linebackers and Nick Scott are possibly the worst we have ever fielded.

in daily fantasy,  I think a mix Hubbard, Travis Etienne, and Bigsby are solid entries
