Officially time to end the Bryce experiment?

Exactly this is the only logical conclusion. You have no other redeeming QBs on the roster to evaluate.  If Bryce doesn’t get back to his best you move on after this year.

He may be the only #1 pick QB to lead his team to 2 #1 pick QBs lol

It’s almost as if his brain evaporates from his skull in every “gotta have it” situation. He makes some good plays, throws some good balls. But in every clutch or pivotal moment, he makes just about the worst play possible under whatever the circumstances are. It’s almost anti-clutch.

His mental game isn't there. He poops the bed as soon as the situation gets just a little bit tough. He just doesn't have that dawg in him. Playing scared is his default mode.

I can't recall a single Panther player I have enjoyed watching less at QB. Bryce is like going back in time and drafting Pickles at 1-1.

It's over. Look for a trade partner, start Dalton or dig into the free agents to ride it out until the end of the season.
