It isn't that he doesn't see down the field, he is failing to read the field. On the INT that stood, he bit completely on a blitz fake, stared TMac down and somehow didn't see the defender dropping into coverage despite seeming to stare at him -

Mr. S, there is only so much canales can do if a team sells out to stop the run. Bryce isn’t capable of exploiting that. You can’t eliminate that talking point from this conversation because it is THE reason. -
It ain't that simple, and he's certainly been able to see well enough in other games. When you have a shorter quarterback, you take that into account with your play designs and protections. The Saints used to do it with Brees. Ron Rivera won a few games against them by specifically attacking that. Bryce's height is a problem, but it's not the whole problem.
