Dan Morgan can't have real talent on the roster in camp.  It will create instant issues.  That's why you saw only Dalton and Jack Plummer this year.  I mean, even a really bad PJ Walker would be pulling off throws for all to see Bryce Young can't make.

real talent, means immediate convos when a season starts about the other guy.

This is a grown man's game. If his feelings are hurt that's his issue. The team comes first. Ask Canales. Better yet ask Dan.

Dan Morgan and his team are part of the brain trust that brought us Bryce Young.   Same dream team that could only find Jack Plummer as a young body to be in house this summer.

And that's on them. They will live and die by the decisions they make in the offseason. So all eyes will be on Dan Morgan after the season.

The coddling seems so unnecessary when Bryce has kept himself even-keeled through everything. I doubt some competition would make him crash out, it's not like we've been going easy on him as a fanbase.

Or as a coaching staff. Canales literally benched him 2 games into his tenure. I think this coddling narrative is a little overblown. And how good is a FA that's sitting at home not on a team, or being waived in the offseason? Probably not as good as we're thinking.

I don't think we're coddling him but I do think we went into the season overconfident in him and his ability to never get injured at all. We definitely need a better QB room next year.

Those magical 10 games last year he was still at 200ypg and 60% completetion no matter what PFF said, we said on here, yes he improved but he improved from disaster to a bottom 3rd qb.  Not sure what they were thinking going into this year.  This off season should be very revealing about what they truly think of him or more importantly if tepper is still involved
