Sign Malik Willis to a 2 year deal. Draft a QB in the middle rounds that checks all the boxes physically. Let Bryce play out the final year of his deal here.

May the best man win.

I can't watch another season of Young, without destroying my T.V.

I knew that they drafted him as "Drew Brees V.2" but Drew is 6' and he is only 5'10". Does that 2 inches matter? It might. Or is it coaching that does that? Two inches doesn't seem like much, but it might be just enough (i.e. 6' is too short, but good coaching adjusts to fix it, but coaching can't fix 5' 10").

Here's why it matters. Most NFL linemen range between 6'3 and 6'6. Using myself as reference, from the top of my head to shoulders is 11 inches. These guys have bigger shoulders than me and pads so adding back 4 isnt unrealistic. So their shoulder level would average 5'8 to 5'11.

My eyes on the other hand are 4.5" from the top of my head. For Bryce, even at 5'10, that means his vision level is 5'5.5" but we can round up to 5'6".

That's why those 2 inches matter. They're literally the difference between seeing over the shortest lineman or not at all. And when Bryce is standing next to Kyler Murray who is also 5'10", they don't look the same height. Bryce looks shorter.

So when people like me bitch about physical limitations, he's staring 5 of them over 2 feet wide in the shoulders every play, and that doesnt even account for defensive linemen.

This is one of the most thorough explanations I have seen on this subject. I don't know wether to be impressed or worried for you but either way KUDOS!

Spent 500 on floor seats for a concert and my wife couldn't see the entire time because she was staring into someone's back. I'll never pay for floor seats again unless it's front row.

Also explains why he plays on his toes a lot

Quinn f*cking Ewers just played the same defense Bryce recently did and looked way more comfortable, under duress and found guys quickly.  Made smart decisions, no BS.

We can find better in the 4th round come May.

Quinn Ewers had a -0.7 CPOE today

Bryce had a +4.9 CPOE last week against TB
