We aren't out of the play offs.

We haven't stopped growing as a team.

We're ahead of schedule on this rebuild.

The sky isn't falling.

We have a hard schedule ahead of us. We have to win out.

And sheesh, we gotta play the kid from New Orleans twice a season for the foreseeable future.

This team has been getting better. It's a young team. To even be contending right now is a major step up over what we've been since the Teppers took over.

Breathe. Tune in. Keep the hope alive.

It's over (and has been since the preseason). We might make the playoffs because the Bucs are also ass, but we are going to get beatdown Pats/Bills style in the 1st round of the playoffs if we do somehow make the playoffs.

Outside of 2 fluke wins against the Rams and Packers, we are honestly no different from last year.

The doom and gloom is crazy. Were still the team that beat the Packers and Rams.

From the beginning this year, it's been obvious that Canales likes to shorten the game as much as possible, and play a more efficient game than our opponent. I do think this lined up perfectly with where we should have been with this rebuild.

That said, the rebuild is ahead of schedule. That's a good thing. But we have to learn to keep the accelerator on against bad teams. Draining the clock helps us when the other team is better than us. When the other team is worse, the points are more valuable and putting the game away.

Ahead of schedule on the rebuild? Haven't we been rebuilding since 2020?

It's year 2 for Canales who inherited a 2 win team missing draft picks and with some bloated contracts and now we are 7-7 in mid December.  It's ahead of his schedule for the turnaround IMO.  7 wins was the goal with next year being the playoff push.  Bucs sucking with injuries made us in the playoff hunt so us fans got our expectations up.  There are still a couple ways for us to win this division but honestly we aren't a playoff team yet.

As I said yesterday, even if we squeak into the playoffs it's just a moral victory as this team is not built for the long haul of a deep postseason run.

Yeah if we sneak in, it's due to a bad division.
