considering where new orleans is geographically located i think most stuff that goes into toilets in the continental US winds up there anyway. most people take a poo on new orleans every day.

it is, in many ways, the toilet bowl of the united states.

It's a fun place that the ability to keep a lot of visitors entertained.

I would look forward to going there to see a Super Bowl or the like. Whereas if it were in a place like Orlando I would not be as inclined to go.

I'm a fan of good food and a little culture and have spent a lot of time travelling in second and third world countries though.

I'm not clicking in a link and watching the video. Why not tell us what he says?

he basically says that New Orleans has hosted a ton of major sporting events: Superbowl, Final Four, BCS championship, and now maybe the ProBowl, yet New Orleans is statistically one of the more dangerous cities. He also claims, "locals wouldn't even deny it." He further goes on to speculate that due to tax breaks they give Hollywood producers, may be part of the reason the city is so successful at garnering these large events.

    • Jake in his prime was a gutsy QB. But just like with even someone like Cam. Father time is undefeated. It's very unfortunate we have a guy who is only 24 years old that has an equivalent arm to that. Absolutely blows my mind that our brain trust lacked the basic common sense to value arm talent when making a massive trade with ramifications for years to come. Unforgivable incompetence.
    • Jake, to me, will always hold a special place in my heart.  I really feel like for his era, he deserved way more love than he got, and should’ve had more than his one Pro Bowl.  He was a gamer with an underrated rocket arm. but let me tell you, after his Tommy John surgery, when he came back, I can’t remember who it was against, but it think it was a division game, he threw a ball that was supposed to be a throw away, as I think he was under pressure, and that poo floated forever and died right at the boundary where a defender ran over and picked it off.  One of the worst throws I ever saw.  His arm just wasn’t the same after the injury and surgery.  All that to say, that’s what almost every Bryce throw to the sidelines looks like to me.
    • And again, when watching him in college he had one distinct trait that I feel makes a franchise QB - on those plays when everything breaks down around him, he creates one on his own.  He doesn’t rely on or need everyone else.  That play last night on the final drive where he was getting sacked and threw it to Diggs before his knee hit the ground?  He does similar things all the time.  Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, etc., they all do it.  It’s what made Cam so special. but we picked a guy that’s the opposite of that.  He desperately needs someone else to make a play for him because he can’t.  Even that play yesterday on 4th down to Horn.  That wasn’t a great pass.  The defender was late and came down to make a play in the ball and Bryce threw it high and outside where Horn had to leave his feet and really use strong hands to catch it.  We relied on a 5’9” rookie playing in his first pro game to make THAT catch at THAT time bc of the early turnovers and a not great throw.  Crazy.
