Time to put something on Cam

Its time to stop blaming everyone but Cam Newton. Yes Cardinals had 6 sacks and a safety, but how many times did he run today?!?!?! 4 times!! I understand the health of your quarterback argument. It's ridiculous tho that cam newton stood in repo met for as long as he was with out getting out of the pocket. Bring back some read option. Get am newton out of the ok the obviously not a pocket quarterback.

At some point nobody else can take the blame. It's now on Cam! Get out of the fuging pocket your receivers aren't getting open your line is not blocking so get out of the pocket and become a damn play maker.

Its Cam's fault he was always throwing with somebody hanging on his back.

And its Cam's fault he put those throws right in the receivers hands and they dropped them.

And its Cam's fault that he calls all the plays that keep him in the damn pocket behind an OL that could't stop a 5 year old girl.

Allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll Cam's fault.

Cam's shortcomings as a QB are not in any way related to running or not running.  They are tactical and mechanical issues that should have been corrected or at least improved on but this has not been the case at all since Weinke in 2011.

We don't know what he is being told. He needs to run, but the staff may frown upon it. Who knows?

However, Cam hit Smitty PERFECT in the endzone "DROP"

Cam hit Lafell (which played well except) on 4th "DROP"

Its not only on Cam. Had some bad throws, but other players let him down.

    • Having trouble finding all these articles saying the Raiders withheld information. Here’s the latest from Crosby’s surgeon: ElAttrache told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Wednesday morning that Crosby was "doing very well in the early part of his rehab and recovery from surgery to treat a significant meniscus tear and the related stress injury to the bone and cartilage in his knee. He is certainly on track in his planned program." "We truly respect the work of the Ravens' staff with Maxx regarding the contract physical exam. We also understand the challenge the staff faces when tasked to provide a future risk assessment based on an evaluation early in the recovery process," ElAttrache said. "This is especially challenging when dealing with an elite player like Maxx considering the level of commitment necessary for a team to obtain him. The timing of this assessment is unfortunate because the apparent risk will lessen as his recovery progresses and his return to performance over the next few months becomes clear."     So the Ravens excuse is the future risk assessment based on the physical, not that the Raiders withheld information. They found an excuse to save face publicly. They had the right to cancel the trade for no reason at all, but they’re trying to save face with the most acceptable reasoning they can find. I’ve heard and seen the Ravens getting dragged everywhere for this. You know what would be an easy way to put a stop to that if you’re the Ravens and the Raiders were actually the shady ones withholding information? Just come out and say that you were not given all the medical information. But they aren’t saying that. I guess they’re just taking the bullet for the Raiders just because?    Speculation indeed.
    • Two first round picks for a guy with very questionable knees who will be 29 this summer. Yes it is safe to say the Ravens got cold feet.
    • The salary cap is the reason we got Phillips and Lloyd
