Cam's Mechanics Yesterday?

Was I hammered, or did it look like Cam was "winding up" a little yesterday?

 

 

This is not a bashing thread, something just looked a little different in his mechanics yesterday.  Anyone know if he has been working on something?

Not really, but he threw a couple side arm bullets on a dime with a DT hanging onto his johnson

i dunno but 19/35 for 255 really does a disservice to how well he played because of all the drops.

He threw the ball well, it just looked a little bit different than usual.  Again, I was really hammered.

I saw the same thing during the first half, especially on those plays with the slower developing routes. The batted down passes and the fumble were very long windups.

And I don't drink at games.

I thought so.  Seemed to push his elbow high and farther back than usual, exposing the ball a little more.

 

 

Wondered if it was his ribs forcing it, jitters, forcing it, or something that he had worked on during practice.

I think what you are seeing is some kinda weird play action or pump fake or something. Don't think he was winding up.

i'm sure playing with banged up ribs and a gimpy ankle is enough to make any qb adjust his mechanics.

Nah, not pumping, just holding/moving the ball differently than usual.

He's been on point and throwing darts all season and we won. I'm not trying to bash the op, but shouldn't we be past watching his mechanics by now. He's not a rookie

I thought that we brought in these receivers NOT to drop passes.

cams pump fake is too fast lol. all it did was give the linemen another second to get their hands up and deflect it, which happened many times yeasterday.  He throws a rocket, the pump fake isnt necessary.
